Craig Grayson
Craig Grayson debuted with the Concert Opera of Seattle in 2003, singing the Old Gypsy in Aleko, as well as the Commandant and Prince Gremin in Eugene Onegin. Mr. Grayson just recently sang the Sacristan in Tosca with Tacoma Opera, and has been a regular member of the Seattle Opera Chorus since 2003.

He came to Seattle from New York City in 2000 to pursue a doctoral degree in voice at the University of Washington and to study with renowned operatic baritone, Mr. Julian Patrick.

Mr. Grayson received his Certificate of Candidacy in 2003, and is presently on leave researching his dissertation. Prior to returning to academia, he sang lead and featured roles with the New York Grand Opera, Bronx Opera, Regina Opera, Tulsa Opera, Opera Colorado, and Florida Grand Opera.

Mr. Grayson also has been a Young Artist Singer with the Santa Fe Opera and with the Des Moines Metro Opera. His repertoire includes such roles as Sarastro, Osmin, Sparafucile, Don Pasquale, and Basilio. Mr. Grayson also teaches voice privately in the Seattle area and is an Individual Music Instructor in voice with the North Seattle Community College.
